Titán’94 Ltd was founded in 1994. The managing director and owner is Dezső Uri Szabó.
Our 14.000m2 site is in the 15th district, directly next to the motorway M3.
The 4000m2 production area consists of three main departments such as the tool-manufacturing shop, the stamping department and the welding shop.
Our tool-manufacturing shop mostly deals with tools and dies for metal parts, by using both traditional tooling machines and modern machining centers.
In the stamping department we perform pressed, stamped, bended, deep drawn parts.
In the welding shop we work with CO and spot welding machines.
Due to constant developments, we have raised the number of employees from 10-15 to 80.
Our business is mainly linked to automotive industry. We are Tier 1 direct supplier of Magyar Suzuki Zrt with hundreds of parts for 20 years.
Formerly our portfolio contained metal and plastic parts and their dies, but nowadays we are specialised in metal body parts of the cars.
We have 10-12 people dealing with administrative work, purchasing, logistics, commerce, book-keeping, marketing and quality assurance.
Our workshops are managed by qualified leaders with many years of experience.
The capacity of our own planning department can be increased by outsiders if the workload requires.
We provide combined solutions for complex tasks.
Our mission is to find solutions for the needs of our partners – even in-house or with the help of our contracted partners.
We produce tools and dies based on plans/drawings or sample products, and afterward we produce the parts with them.
The final product usually goes through several steps: pressing, welding and getting fasteners.
Our QA department does regular checking based on the given requirements which can be 100% or random, but the aim is the 0PPM delivery.
From time to time we have to supply coated and painted parts, so we are in contact with good quality subcontractors. On the plant we operate our own degreaser machines.
